Have you ever wondered why some people don't wear make-up but the face is still pretty, the skin is smooth and glowing, whereas some people have their skin result in completely different to us despite the similar treatment? When you asked a person with good skin, you often get the answer that they drink a lot of water or because they have sufficient sleep. And that’s the exactly right answer because food and relaxation are the main factors. If our skin is good without acne, then we won't have to apply concealer to remove blemishes or try to cover dark circles around the eyes. Would it be better to be beautiful from the inside, not because of our make-up? And would it also be better if you still manage to beautiful without make-up and you look even more stunning with the make-up on?
Dry, oily skin and acne. Maybe you can try adjusting the food?
Our skin and acne indicate that our body is getting too little or too much nutrition. For example, some people have acne and receive the hormonal medication from dermatologist. That is because of the hormones that do not fit proportionately. Likewise, our face may be dry because we drink too little water or maybe we should eat good fats from avocados or from salmon to add moisture to the skin. For people with oily skin or acne, you may have to try to think about whether you eat too much sugar or not. Because with some people, just a small amount of sugar causes our bodies to adjust the amount of insulin that stimulates the sebaceous glands to cause acne. But if it wasn't from eating desserts, you might have to look at other reasons such as cow's milk or foods that have bad fat, such as fried foods.
Being beautiful and healthy is not necessary about having a thin body. But your body must be cellulite free.
Many people want to be thin, get beautiful, have a slender face, and be able to wear a variety of clothes. However, some thin people look shabby and still have cellulite. Why does our body still have cellulite even though we are thin? Technically speaking, our orange-peel-like skin is the skin that has accumulated fat under the skin layers. This kind of skin indicates the condition when you lost weight but your fat still remained in the body and what is missing instead is your muscle. Then how do we reduce fat? Food selection is one of the answers. We should avoid foods that are sweet and have been processed because these foods often contain contaminants. We should reduce alcohol and begin exercising to use the fat that accumulates in the body.
Vitamin supplements may not always be necessary for beautiful skin and nails.
Eating natural food that is made from organic ingredients, free of chemical contaminants, and less unnecessary processing, will cause our body to receive nutrients, complete vitamins and minerals. Often time, we consume processed food and vegetables that are contaminated with chemicals that cause our bodies to receive insufficient nutrients. Because our body needs to share important nutrients to feed important parts of the body first, causing our nails and hair lack of enough nutrients. As a consequence, our nails can be easily torn and the hair roots are not as strong as they should be.
There are many forms of shapely bodies.
Speaking of being shapely, many people may think of a woman who is slim, with flat tummy, and flat, while many people may think of a woman who is not thin, but is a muscular body or a thin six pack, or some may think of women who with hips that have large, and tight muscles. All of that said is neither wrong nor right. The body that some people think shapely on various media, may not be an ideal body for some people in many countries. Because in each country the word beautiful is different. Likewise, a woman's body is valued differently in each country. In fact, everyone's appearance is different, and that makes everyone special and can't be compared with anyone. It is not about who’s body is better than another, but it’s about who’s body is healthier. As long as you are not overweight or have a risky blood value, then you are considered having a healthy body already. But if you want to get even better, then you need to study to see what you want to increase or decrease in yourself. And start doing it.
Adjust the perspective, let go, understand nature and balance things out.
“Not getting stressed makes you look brighter.” Sometimes letting go helps with beauty as well. Trying to adjust your point of view a little bit more can make you feel much better. That when it introduces the aura to you better version.
Stress causes many people encountering sleep deprivation or poor quality of sleep. The Cortisol hormones, or stress hormones, are very important factors for our body as they affect things such as insomnia, causing shabbiness, acne or even gaining weight. Sometimes letting go and trying to leave the stress behind or exposing to natural light can make us sleep more effectively and sufficiently, and reduce the belly caused by stress as well.
Understanding nature seems to be the answer to many things. Live the right life; studying and understanding what our body needs. If thing gets too much, then we tend to volume it down and vice versa to when thing gets too little. It is also how we understand that when we eat food, our stomachs must be bloated naturally and it will gradually become flat, which is a natural part of the body after all. Or even the attempt to understand that during the period of the month, you may be grumpy and hungry and that your body can get bloated according to the female hormones. Everyone gets to experience this menstrual cycle. And by the time the period is over, your weight will go down eventually. When we understand the nature of the body, that’s when we when get to know our body more.
Choosing the right food for your body's needs, and consuming products made from organic raw materials and chemicals free, and good mental health will make you feel prettier. You will not just become a beautiful woman, but a beautiful woman with happiness. So, these are the tricks for today. Let’s try and see what kind of food is suitable for your body.
